Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload and organizational commitment on turnover intention of PT. Kumkang Indonesia. Population in this research is 307 employees of PT. Kumkang Indonesia. The sample use is 75 respondents, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses Accidental sampling. The method of data collection using survey method, by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, Workload does not have a significant effect on turnover intention and Organizational commitment is negative and significant for turnover intentions. Keywords: Compensation, Workload, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention PT. Kumkang Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 307 karyawan PT. Kumkang Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 75 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data metode survey, dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
