Abstract

ABSTRAK DKI Jakarta sebagai kota metropolitan yang sekaligus juga merupakan pusat perekonomian dan perdagangan mengalami permasalahan yang cukup rumit dalam bidang transportasi, dengan jumlah penduduk mencapai 10.46 juta orang. Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur merupakan wilayah di DKI Jakarta yang memiliki jumlah penduduk paling banyak yaitu sebanyak 2.89 juta jiwa. Sebagai wilayah yang memiliki jumlah penduduk paling banyak, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur memiliki permasalahan kemacetan, karena daerah tersebut merupakan kawasan penyangga penduduk dari Bogor, Depok, dan Bekasi yang melakukan aktivitas di daerah DKI Jakarta. Jalan Raya Bogor merupakan jalan nasional yang termasuk jalan arteri primer, disepanjang jalan ini terdapat banyak jalan kolektor salah satunya yaitu Jalan Kiwi, tepatnya berlokasi di Jalan Raya Bogor kilometer 26 yang membentuk simpang tiga lengan. Dalam menganalisis studi ini menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) tahun 1997 yang akan menentukan kinerja ruas seperti arus, kapasitas, kecepatan dan derajat kejenuhan dan untuk kinerja simpang seperti volume, kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan dan peluang antrian. Pengumpulan data didapat dengan melakukan survey terhadap ruas jalan yang menuju simpang dan terhadap simpang tak bersinyal Jalan Raya Bogor - Jalan Kiwi pada jam sibuk di hari kerja dan hari libur. Dari hasil analisis dan pengolahan data, kinerja ruas pada ruas Jalan Raya Bogor arah Jakarta didapatkan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) tertinggi adalah pada pagi hari 1.01 (F), pada ruas Jalan Raya Bogor arah Depok didapatkan nilai DS tertinggi pada pagi hari 0.64 (C), dan pada simpang didapatkan nilai DS tertinggi pada pagi hari 1.919 dengan peluang antrian 167.52%-399.73%. The City of East Jakarta Administration is the region in DKI Jakarta that has the most population, which is 2.89 million people. As the region that has the most population, East Jakarta Administration City has traffic congestion problems, because the area is a buffer zone for residents from Bogor, Depok and Bekasi that carry out activities in the DKI Jakarta area. Jalan Raya Bogor is a national road that includes a primary arterial road. Along this road there are many collector roads, one of which is Kiwi Street, precisely located on Bogor Highway KM 26 which forms a three-arm intersection. In analyzing this study using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) which will determine the performance of sections such as flow, capacity, speed and degree of saturation and for intersection performance such as volume, capacity, degree of saturation, delay and queue opportunities. Data collection was obtained by conducting a survey of roads leading to intersections and of unsignalized intersections of Bogor Highway KM 26 - Kiwi Street during rush hour on weekdays and holiday. From the results of data analysis and processing, the performance of the segment on the Bogor Highway towards Jakarta obtained the highest degree of saturation (DS) value was in the morning 1.01 (F), on the Bogor Highway direction toward Depok the highest DS value was obtained in the morning 0.64 (C), and at the intersection the highest DS value was obtained in the morning 1.919 with queue chance at 167.52% -399.73%.
