Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Profitabilitas. Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Perdagangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 – 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Variabel Good Corporate Governance bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas, sedangkan secara parsial hanya Variabel Dewan Komisaris dan Kepemilikan Institusional yang berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas. Hal ini dikarenakan Dewan Komisaris dan Kepemilikan Institusional berjalan dengan baik sehingga perusahaan semakin maju dan menghasilkan Profitabilitas yang lebih tinggi. Kata kunci : Dewan Direksi, Dewan Komisaris, Komite Audit Independen, Kepemilikan Institusional, Profitabilitas. ABSTRACT This research is to know the influence of Good Corporate Governance to Profitability. The object of this study is a Trading Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2016. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that Variable Good Corporate Governance together affect the Profitability, while only partially Variable Board of Commissioners and Institutional Ownership that affect the Profitability. This is because the Board of Commissioners and Institutional Ownership is running well so that the company progresses and produces higher Profitability.
