Abstract

ABSTRAK Tomat merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman sayur yang dapat memproduksi makanan bergizi lebih banyak dan lebih cepat, namun membutuhkan hamparan lahan sedikit dibandingkan dengan tanaman lainnya. Tomat memiliki ukuran yang berbeda-beda ada yang besar dan ada yang kecil. Pada umumnya para petani/produsen tomat memilah dengan manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lebih lama.bedasarkan hal tersebut akan dirancang dan dibuat alat pemilah tomat berdasarkan berat berbasis mikrokontroler at mega 328. Pembuatan alat ini mengunakan sensor Load Cell sebagai pengukur beban berat tomat. Hasil bacaan dari sensor Load cell akan ditampilkan ke LCD kemudian sensor mengirim data ke mikrokontroler Arduino uno Untuk menjalankan akuator dalam pemisahan tomat tersebut. Kata kunci; Mikrokontroler Arduino uno, Load cell, LCD, Motor DC. ABSTRACT Tomato is a type of vegetable plant that can produce nutritious food more and more quickly, but requires a small stretch of land compared to other plants. Tomatoes have different sizes, some are large and some are small. In general, tomato farmers / producers sort manually so that it requires a relatively longer time. Based on this, a tomato sorting tool will be designed based on the at mega 328 microcontroller-based weight. The making of this tool uses Load Cell sensors to measure the heavy load of tomatoes. Results of reading from the sensor Load cell will be displayed to the LCD then the sensor sends data to the Arduino uno microcontroller to run the actuator in the separation of the tomato.
