Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berisi tentang perancangan suatu alat pemantau ketinggian air otomatis guna memberi peringatan sebelum terjadinya bencana banjir dengan menggunakan sensor ultrasonik HCSR04 dengan koneksi nRF24L01 menggunakan Kontrol Atmega 2560 dan Output Dotmatrix P10 yang mampu memantau ketinggian air dengan jaringan RF agar mempermudah dalam pemantauan ketinggian air disuatu wilayah. Sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 adalah sensor yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur jarak antara penghalang dan sensor. Ketika sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 mengukur jarak dengan cara mengeluarkan gelombang pemicu selama 10 mikrodetik kemudian gelombang tersebut akan memantul kembali ketika terhalang sesuatu didepannya dan pantulan itulah yang menjadi input ke nRF24L01. Jika jarak yang sudah dikalkulasi oleh modul RF maka lalu radio frekuensi akan mngirimkan sinyal ke radio frekuensi yang ada di Mikrokontroller Atmega 2560 dan ditampilkan melalui Dotmatrix. Kata Kunci : HC-SR04, nR24L01, Monitoring, Arduino Mega, Dotmatrix P10 ABSTRACT This thesis contains the design of an automatic water level monitoring device to alert before a flood disaster by using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor with nRF24L01 connection using Atmega 2560 Control and Dotmatrix P10 Output which is able to monitor water levels with RF networks to facilitate deep water level monitoring in an area. The HCSR04 ultrasonic sensor is a sensor that can be used to measure the distance between a barrier and a sensor. When the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor measures distance by issuing a trigger wave for 10 microseconds then the wave will bounce back when something is blocked in front of it and that reflection becomes the input to nRF24L01. If the distance calculated by the RF module then the radio frequency will send a signal to the radio frequency in the Atmega 2560 Microcontroller and displayed via Dotmatrix.
