Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 603 karyawan PT. Oasis Waters International. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 86 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampling acak sederhana (random sampling). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, Responden, Kinerja Karyawan, Random Sampling ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were 603 employees of PT. Oasis Waters International. The sample used was 86 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula.
