Abstract

Priority vehicles are transportation that deserves more priority when traveling, but priority vehicles are often stuck in traffic on the highway, consequently they can hinder priority vehicles on time to the destination In addition, priority cars also have the right to be forced to drive when the lights are red, which can potentially lead to accidents between priority cars and other drivers. Therefore the author wants to design a priority vehicle traffic light system using an RFID controller, to detect priority cars that are blocked and stuck in traffic on the highway, and Arduino Mega receives and processes data. Instantly can change the red LED into a green LED, the Buzzer sounds and serves as a warning sign that the priority car in one of the lanes will go, After passing the priority car traffic lights choose its destination lane and re-detected by RFID reader, so the normal traffic lights return and the buzzer doesn't ring. Based on the test results on the system that has been designed, where the results of the RFID sensor readings, if the distance reading from the RFID card to the RFID reader is 0-5 cm, then the tool is functioning. And from the result of testing lane 1, lane 1 green, lane 2 red, lane 3 red, lane 4 red, and the buzzer will sound, So that this tool system can help priority cars quickly arrive at a destination without worrying about being jammed, And with designs sunc as this priority car still obeys traffic rules. Keywords: RFID LED (traffic lights), Arduino mega, Buzzer Kendaraan prioritas adalah transportasi yang berhak mendapatkan priorotas lebih ketika berlalu lintas, Tetapi kendaraan prioritas sering sekali terjebak macet di jalan raya, Akibatnya dapat menghambat kendaraan prioritas tepat waktu sampai ketempat tujuan, Selain itu mobil prioritas berhak di paksa melaju di saat lampu sedang merah, Hal itulah yang bisa saja berpotensi mengakibatkan kecelakaan antara mobil prioritas dan pengendara lainnya. Oleh karna itu penulis ingin merancang sebuah system lampu lalu lintas kendaraan prioritas menggunakan RFID controller, Untuk mendeteksi mobil prioritas yang terhambat dan terjebak macet di jalan raya, Dan Arduino mega menerima dan memproses data, Seketika dapat mengubah LED merah menjadi LED hijau, Buzzer berbunyi dn berfungsi sebagai tanda peringatan bahwa mobil prioritas di salah satu jalur akan melaju, Setelah melewati lampu lalu lintas mobil prioritas memilih jalur tujuannya dan kembali terdeteksi oleh RFID reader, Sehingga lampu lalu lintas normal kembali dan buzzer tidak berbunyi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada system yang telah di rancang, dimana dari hasil pembacaan sensor RFID, Jika jarak pembacaan RFID card dengan RFID reader sebesar 0-5 cm, Maka alat berfungsi. Dan dari hasil pengujian jalur 1, Jalur 1 hijau, Jalur 2 merah, Jalur 3 merah, Jalur 4 merah, Dan buzzer akan berbunyi, Sehingga system alat ini dapat membantu mobil prioritas cepat sampe ke suatu tujuan tanpa khawtir terkena macet, Dan dengan rancangan seperti ini mobil prioritas tetap menaati peraturan lalu lintas. Kata Kunci : RFID, LED, Arduino mega, Buzzer.
