Abstract
Performance Appraisal is one of the important thing to do to evaluate the employee's performances. With evaluating, the company can assess the employee if they meet company's expectation. Therefore, company need to define their objective and perform assessment. The used of HRIS to do performance appraisal and give transparency and help company which method that might help the company and designing a system especially for PT. Mid Solusi Nusantara to do Performance Appraisal.. The 360 Degree Feedback method known as a fair method because the feedback aren't from the superior, but also from the team. Key words: HRIS, Performance Appraisal, 360 Degree Feedback, Penilaian Kinerja, KPIPerformance Appraisal merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan melakukan evaluasi perusahaan dapat menilai apakah karyawan sudah mencapai objektif yang diharapkan perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan perlu menetapkan objektif penilaian dan melakukan penilaian terhadap karyawan. Pemanfaatan HRIS untuk melakukan penilaian dan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memberikan penilaian yang transparan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan metode penilaian yang cocok dan merancang sistem yang dapat membantu perusahaan khususnya PT. Mid Solusi Nusantara dalam melakukan penilaian. Metode 360 Degree Feedback dipercaya sebagai metode yang adil, dikarenakan karyawan menerima penilaian bukan hanya dari atasan melainkan juga team.
