Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of compensation, work stress, and organizational commitment on work productivity of employees at PT.Mayora Indah. The object for this research is employees at PT.Mayora Indah. This research was conducted towards 79 respondents using a descriptive quantitative approach. So the used data analysis is a statistical analysis in the form of double linear regression tests. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously, compensation variables, work stress, and organizational commitment affect the work productivity of PT.Mayora Indah employees. this is evidenced from the simultaneous test results (test F) and partial test (test t). Keywords: Compensation, Job Stress, Organizational Commitment, Employee Productivity.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, stres kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT.Mayora Indah. Objek untuk penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT.Mayora Indah. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 79 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jadi analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik berupa uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi, stres kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT.Mayora Indah. hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan uji parsial (uji t). Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan.
