Abstract

The toll road is a freeway as an alternative to public roads to speed up a journey and help reduce congestion that occurs on public roads. Based on the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2005 concerning Toll Roads, it is stated that the operation of toll roads is intended to realize equitable development and its results as well as a balance in regional development with due regard to justice, which can be achieved by fostering a road network whose funds come from road users. The shape of the toll road can reduce the existing geographical influence, such as areas that have different heights, in the form of hills, valleys, or rivers that can be overcome by the presence of an overpasses. Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang Toll Road Cisumdawu VGF Zone has two overpasses at STA 53 + 650 and at STA 57 + 100 which functions to connect between villages. This bridge was built with a foundation of 600 millimeter diameter piles, with 2 pieces of abutments and connected using Precast Concrete I (PCI) Girder with 40.8 m spans. The work of girder installation using the erection method and uses 2 units of crawler crane. Girder Erection work consists of several jobs, such as: girder transportation, girder stressing, girder erection and finishing. Keywords : Erection, Girder, Girder Erection Jalan tol merupakan jalan bebas hambatan sebagai jalan alternatif dari jalan umum untuk mempercepat suatu perjalanan serta membantu mengurangi kemacetan yang terjadi pada jalan umum. Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 15 Tahun 2005 tentang Jalan Tol disebutkan bahwa penyelenggaraan jalan tol dimaksudkan untuk mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan dan hasil-hasilnya serta keseimbangan dalam pengembangan wilayah dengan memperhatikan keadilan, yang dapat dicapai dengan membina jaringan jalan yang dananya berasal dari pengguna jalan. Bentuk jalan tol dapat memperkecil pengaruh geografis yang ada, seperti halnya daerah yang memiliki ketinggian yang berbeda, berupa bukit, lembah, ataupun sungai yang dapat diatasi dengan adanya jembatan layang. Proyek Jalan Tol Terbanggi Besar – Pematang Panggang Zona VGF Cisumdawu memiliki dua jembatan layang yaitu Jembatan Layang di STA 53+650 dan di STA 57+100 yang berfungsi untuk menghubungkan antar desa. Jembatan ini dibangun dengan pondasi tiang pancang berdiameter 600 mm, dengan 2 buah abutment dan dihubungkan dengan menggunakan Precast Prestressed Concrete I (PCI) Girder bentang 40,8 m. Pekerjaan pemasangan girder menggunakan metode erection dan menggunakan 2 unit crawler crane. Pekerjaan erection girder terdiri dari beberapa pekerjaan yaitu : tranportasi girder, stressing girder, erection girder dan finishing. Kata Kunci : Erection, Girder, Erection Girder
