Abstract

the largest system of air conditioning energy use around 60% of the building's energy and was followed by the lighting of about 20%. The implication is that the focus of energy conservation activity leads to a system of air conditioning and then lighting because the savings this system will deliver significant results in saving the building. One of the building's energy saving criteria are meet the standards of OTTV (Overall Thermal Transfer Value) are in the SNI 03-6389-2011 value less than or equal to 35 watts/m2. This study calculated the OTTV values specifically mall the brezze building and figure factors – factors that affect whatthe value is. the results in May that average of the building exceeded the standard level required. the most significant was the influence on the value of the comparison between the openings of his facade and spacious (WWR). Keywords: Thermal, comersial mall, OTTV sistem AC menggunakan energi terbesar sekitar 60 % dari energi gedung dan diikuti oleh pencahayaan sekitar 20 %. Implikasinya adalah bahwa fokus kegiatan konservasi energi ini mengarah pada sistem AC dan kemudian pencahayaannya karena penghematan dikedua sistem ini akan memberikan hasil yang signifikan dalam program penghematan gedung. Salah satu kriteria bangunan hemat energi adalah memenuhi standar OTTV(Overall Thermal Transfer Value) yang didalam SNI 03-6389-2011 bernilai lebih kecil atau sama dengan 35 watt/m2.Penelitian ini secara khusus menghitung nilai OTTV bangunan mall the brezze dan mencari faktor – faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi nilainya. hasil yang di dapat bahwa rata – rata bangunan ini melebihi standart SNI yang disyaratkan. pengaruh yang paling signifikan adalah pada nilai perbandingan antara bukaan dan luas fasad nya (WWR).
