Abstract
This study aims to study the transformational leadership style, motivation and work environment towards the employee loyalty of PT Vervetama Technology. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research. The population in this study were 40 permanent employees in the sales, administration, expedition and cleaning services department of PT Vervetama Technology. Data is collected by asking the questionnaire to get the data needed. Data testing techniques include test instruments and classical assumption tests. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis methods, multiple linear regression analysis, and correlation analysis between dimensions with the help of SPSS version 24 for Windows. The results showed transformational leadership style, motivation and positive significant work environment simultaneously towards the employee loyalty of PT Vervetama Technology. Transformational leadership style does not conflict with PT Vervetama Technology's employee loyalty. Motivation of a significant and positive role towards PT Vervetama Technology's employee loyalty. The work environment is significant and positive for the employee loyalty of PT Vervetama Technology. Keywords: Transformational leadership style, motivation, work environment, employee loyalty Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Vervetama Technology. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan tetap pada bagian sales marketing, administrasi, team ekspedisi serta cleaning service PT Vervetama Technology. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Teknik pengujian data meliputi uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis korelasi antar dimensi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 24 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Vervetama Technology . Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Vervetama Technology, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Vervetama Technology. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Vervetama Technology. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, lingkungan kerja, loyalitas karyawan.
