Abstract

In planning the structure of multi-storey buildings the main principle that must be considered is increasing the structure of lateral forces, especially earthquake forces. The higher the building, the more vulnerable the building is to the shear force, especially to withstand earthquake forces. The solution that can be used in increasing structural strength is by designing buildings with multiple systems. The dual system is a combination of a lateral load bearing system in the form of a shear wall with a moment frame bearing system. Shear walls use to increase the ability and absorb large shear forces at high-rise building structures. Appropriate and strategic location and thickness of the shear wall can affect the inter-floor deviation and horizontal load resistance on high-rise building structures. The magnitude of the shear force that occurs also identifies the effective height of shear walls in high-rise buildings. The research is in the form of 40-story building structure analysis with a small area or called a sleder building with different layout models and 2 different thicknesses. The method used is a dynamic analysis of spectrum responses with calculations using the ETABS 9.7.2 program. The analysis reviewed was the amount of displacement, drift, shear force between the frame and the shear wall to determine the effective height of the shear wall and the planned seismic load checks carried by the frame and shear wall. The results of the analysis show that the magnitude of the y direction force is greater than the x direction force. Absorption of earthquake forces by frame and shearwall with a location outside of more than 25% compared to 75% so that it meets the dual system requirements. But the absorption of earthquake forces by frame and shearwall in the middle position is only close to 25% compared to 75% so that it has not yet achieved multiple system requirements. Key Word : Dinding Geser, Shearwall, Sistem Ganda, Dual System Dalam perencaan struktur bangunan bertingkat prinsip utama yang harus diperhatikan yaitu meningkatkan struktur terhadap gaya lateral seperti gaya gempa . Semakin tinggi bangunan maka semakin rawan bangunan tersebut manahan gaya geser, khususnya menahan gaya gempa. Solusi yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan kekuatan struktur yaitu dengan merancang bangunan dengan sistem ganda. Sistem ganda ialah gabungan dari sistem pemikul beban lateral berupa dinding geser dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen. Dinding geser gunakan untuk menambah kekauan dan menyerap gaya geser yang besar pada stuktur bangunan tingkat tinggi. Letak dan tebal dinding geser yang sesuai dan strategis dapat berpengaruh terhadap simpangan antar lantai dan tahanan beban horizontal pada struktur bangunan tingkat tinggi. Besarnya gaya geser yang terjadi juga mengidentifikasi tinggi efektif dinding geser pada bangunan tingkat tinggi. Penelitian berupa analisis struktur gedung 40 lantai dengan luasan yang kecil atau disebut gedung sleder dengan permodelan 2 letak berbeda dan 2 tebal yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis dinamik respon spektrum dengan perhitungan menggunakan program ETABS 9.7.2. Analisis yang ditinjau yaitu besarnya displacement, drift, gaya geser antara frame dengan dinding geser untuk menentukan tinggi efektif dinding geser dan pengecekan beban gempa rencana yang dipikul oleh frame dan dinding geser. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa besar gaya arah y lebih besar dibandingkan gaya arah x. Penyerapan gaya gempa oleh frame dan shearwall dengan letak diluar lebih dari 25% berbanding 75% sehingga sudah memenuhi syarat sistem ganda. Namun penyerapan gaya gempa oleh frame dan shearwall dengan letak ditengah hanya mendekati 25% berbanding 75% sehingga belum memeunihi syarat sistem ganda.
