Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenues, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds, on Economic Growth (GRDP) and their impact on Capital Expenditures in all Provinces in Indonesia during 2013 to 2017. The research method used is the method description using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. Data collection methods used are documentation and study of literature with a quantitative approach. Analysis This research is a path analysis / path analysis with multiple linear regression models using the SPSS program to examine the effect of Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds, on Economic Growth and its impact on Capital Expenditures. The results of the study show that partially the Regional Original Revenue has a significant negative effect on Economic Growth, the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund do not affect the Economic Growth, Simultaneously the Regional Original Revenue, the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund affect the Economic Growth. Partially economic growth has an effect on capital expenditure and simultaneous economic growth has a negative effect on capital expenditure. Keywords: Economic Growth, Capital Expenditures, Local Own Revenues, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus, terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB) serta dampaknya terhadap Belanja Modal pada seluruh Provinsi se-Indonesia selama kurun waktu 2013 sampai dengan 2017. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskripsi dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan studi Kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis Penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur/Path analysis dengan model regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk menguji pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah,Dana Alokasi Umum, danDana Alokasi Khusus, terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi serta dampaknya terhadap Belanja Modal. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi,Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi,secara Simultan Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Secara parsial Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal dan secara simultan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Belanja Modal.
