Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, transformational leadrship and career path to employee turnover intention. The population in this study was 202 respondents at PT Supraco Indonesia. The sample used was as many as 67 respondents at PT Supraco Indonesia, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses Convenience Sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Research shows that compensation is negative and does not significantly influence turnover intention. Transformational leadrship has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and career path has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, Transformational leadrship, Career Path, Turnover Intention, and PT Supraco Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan jenjang karir terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 202 responden di PT Supraco Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 67 responden di PT Supraco Indonesia, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa kompensasi negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan jenjang karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Jenjang Karir, Turnover Intention, dan PT Supraco Indonesia.
