Abstract

This Research aims to know the influence of work ablility, learning organization, and compansation to work productivity.The Object for this research is telesales officer PT. Permata tbank tbk branch office melawai south jakarta. This research was done to 83 respondents by using causal-quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus data analysis which is used is statstic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that either partially the variable of work ability Positive and significant influence of the variable work productivity, variable learning organitation no signifcant influence of the variable and variable compansation no significant influence of the work productivity employee on telesales officer PT. Permata bank tbk. Branch Office Melawai South Jakarta. Keywords : work ablility, learning organization, compensation, work productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja, Learning Organization dan Kompensasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Telesales Officer PT. Bank Permata Tbk kantor cabang melawai jakarta selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 83 Responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif kuantitatif kausal. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linerar berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel kemamampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, variabel learning organization tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada telesales officer PT. Bank Permata Tbk. Kantor Cabang Melawai Jakarta Selatan. Kata kunci : kemampuan kerja, learning organization, kompensasi, produktivitas kerja
