Abstract

Redesign or re-planning is based on the completion of projects that are relatively faster and more looking towards the possible armpits of the pile foundation work done, because the location of the land is narrow. In addition, the estimated cost of construction is much cheaper, because it does not issue the cost of renting stakes and the number of workers will be less. By prioritizing efficient factors, the safety and durability of foundations and buildings themselves against earthquakes is very appropriate when done with the KSLL foundation system or better known as the Foundation of Spider Nest Construction. KSLL foundation system is very suitable to be applied to buildings with a height below ten floors. This Final Project takes the case of PT. Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate cooling tower building located in Manyar - Gresik with building data according to the initial planning, 15.76 meters long x 8.69 meters x 2 meters high, and 2.00 foundation depth meters and all structures using concrete concrete. Which is then redesigned with a length of 16 meters x width of 9 meters x height of 2 meters and foundation depth of 2 meters.This redesign or redesign eliminates piles, pilecap and Tiebeam which are part of the lower structure. In general, building structures are divided into lower structures (piles, pilecap, tiebeam) and upper structures (columns, beams, slabs) Planning uses the LRFD system by referring to SNI-1726-2012 for earthquakes, SNI- 1727-2013 for minimum loading and SK SNI 03-2002, 2002 Procedures for Calculating Concrete Structures for Building Buildings. In the design of the structure is helped by using ETABS.v9 software program for structural analysis, Settle-3D for soil degradation analysis, SAFE.v12.30 for the count of the number and diameter of iron and bearing capacity checks and AutoCAD.v2016 software for drawing the results of structural analysis. Keywords: foundation, cobweb construction, KSLL system Redesign atau Perancangan ulang ini didasarkan pada waktu pelaksanaan penyelesaian proyek yang relatif lebih cepat dan lebih melihat ke arah ketidak mungkinan pekerjaan fondasi tiang pancang di kerjakan, karena lokasi lahan yang sempit.Selain itu secara perkiraan biaya konstruksi jauh lebih murah,karena tidak mengeluarkan biaya sewa alat pancang dan jumlah tenaga kerja akan lebih sedikit, Dengan mengedepankan faktor efisien, keamanan dan ketahanan pondasi dan bangunan itu sendiri terhadap gempa,sangatlah tepat apabila di kerjakan dengan sistem fondasi KSLL atau yang lebih di kenal dengan pondasi Konstruksi Sarang Laba- Laba, sistem pondasi KSLL ini sangat tepat di aplikasikan pada bangunan gedung dengan ketinggian di bawah sepuluh lantai. Tugas Akhir ini mengambil kasus pada bangunan cooling tower PT.Cargill cocoa & chocolate yang terletak di Manyar - Gresik dengan data bangunan sesuai perencanaan awal adalah, panjang 15,76 meter x lebar 8,69meter x tinggi 2 meter,serta kedalaman pondasi 2,00 meter dan seluruh struktur menggunakan concrete beton.Yang kemudian di redesign dengan panjang 16 meter x lebar 9 meter x tinggi 2 meter dan kedalaman fondasi 2 meter Redesign atau perancangan ulang ini dengan meniadakan tiang pancang, pilecap serta Tiebeam yang merupakan bagian dari struktur bawah.Sedangkan secara umum struktur bangunan dibagi atas struktur bawah ( tiang pancang, pilecap,tiebeam ) dan struktur atas ( kolom, balok, slab ) Perencanaan menggunakan sistem LRFD dengan mengacu pada SNI-1726-2012 untuk gempa, SNI-1727-2013 untuk pembebanan minimum dan SK SNI 03-2002, 2002 Tatacara Perhitungan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung.Dalam perancangan struktur dibantu dengan menggunakan program software ETABS v.9 untuk analisa struktu,Settle-3D untuk analisa penurunan tanah, SAFE.v12.30 untuk hitungan jumlah dan diameter besi dan cek bearing capacity serta software AutoCAD.v2016 untuk penggambaran hasil analisa struktur.
