Abstract

This study aims to determine the phenomena that occur within the company. Low work discipline is caused by employees often arriving late and not on time when teaching. This is also caused by compensation factors and organizational culture. This study used a saturated sample technique of 40 respondents who were teachers and supported by primary data. The method used in this study is SEM PLS. The results of the study are: (1) there is a significant positive effect of compensation on teacher work discipline; (2) there is a positive but insignificant influence of organizational culture on teacher work discipline. Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena yang terjadi didalam perusahaan. Disiplin kerja yang rendah disebabkan karena karyawan masih sering datang terlambat dan tidak tepat waktu saat mengajar. Hal ini juga disebabkan oleh faktor kompensasi dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 40 responden yang merupakan guru dan didukung data primer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru; (2) ada pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru.
