Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether workload, compensation and career development significantly affect employee loyalty. The population in this study were employees of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. The sampling technique was simple random sampling using a formula that could be as many as 80 respondents in the research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study and the hypothesis indicate that simultaneously, Workload, Career Compensation and Development influences Employee Loyalty. And partially the workload has no significant effect on employee loyalty, compensation and career development partially can be expressed as influential and significant employee loyalty. The leaders of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk, must pay attention to workload, compensation and career development for optimal results in achieving organizational goals. Keywords; Workload, Compensation, Career Development, Employee Loyalty Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah beban kerja, kompensasi dan Pengembangan karir secara signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Hero Supermarket Tbk Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus yang dapat sebanyak 80 responden dalam metode penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Beban Kerja, Kompensasi dan Pengemebangan Karir berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan . Dan secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyaklitas karyawan, kompensasi dan pengembangan karir secara parsialdapat dinyatakan berpengaruh dan signifikan loyalitas karyawan. Para pemimpin PT Hero Supermarket Tbk, harus memperhatikan beban kerja, kompensasi dan pengemabnagan karir untuk hasil yang optimal dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.
