Abstract

Construction work is very complicated and complex as in the Project Laboratory Tissue Culture Phase 2. The project has a complex building and complex mechanical, electrical, heating, ventilation & air-conditioning (MEHVAC) systems. Design is done by PT. Haskoning Indonesia as a design consultant, whose work is divided by 3 disciplinary departments namely, department of architecture, department structure, and department MEHVAC. But in the process, each discipline only focuses on the elements of their own discipline. So at the time of superimpose the image (merging the image of architecture, structure, MEHVAC) occurred some conflict (clash). The conflict is certainly very hampering in the planning process because it can lead to re-planning so it takes longer in the planning. The purpose of this research is to know how to analyze clash elements by using BIM based software and the average time needed to fix the clash. Element clash analysis is performed using BIM based software (Revit and Navisworks). The clash analysis results were compiled into questionnaires to be distributed to 23 respondents involved in the plan. Then the results of questionnaires processed with Descriptive Statistics Method to find the average time needed to resolve conflicts (clash) that occurred in the project planning project Tissue Culture Phase 2 Laboratory is. Based on the clash analysis of the elements, there are 21 clashes that occurred in the Tissue Culture Phase 2 project planning. The time needed to resolve the Structure vs. MEHVAC conflict is 68.02 hours, MEHVAC is 9.29 hours, the Architecture vs. MEHVAC is 5.19 hours, and the Architecture vs Structure group is 30.62 hours. Keywords: Building Information Modeling (BIM), Clash Detection. Pekerjaan konstruksi sangatlah rumit dan kompleks seperti dalam perencanaan proyek Laboratorium Tissue Culture Phase 2. Proyek tersebut mempunyai bangunan yang kompleks serta sistem mechanical, electrical, heating, ventilation, & air-conditioning (MEHVAC) yang rumit. Perencanaan tersebut dikerjakan oleh PT. Haskoning Indonesia selaku konsultan perencanan, yang dimana pengerjaannya dibagi oleh 3 departmen disiplin yaitu, department arsitektur, department struktur, dan department MEHVAC. Namun dalam prosesnya, masing-masing disiplin tersebut hanya fokus terhadap elemen disiplin mereka masing-masing. Sehingga pada saat dilakukan superimpose gambar (penggabungan gambar arsitektur, struktur, MEHVAC) terjadi beberapa konflik (clash). Konflik tersebut tentu sangat menghambat dalam proses perencanaan karena dapat menimbulkan perencanaan ulang sehingga membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dalam perencanaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui cara menganalisis clash elemen dengan menggunakan software berbasis BIM serta rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk memperbaiki konflik (clash) tersebut. Analisi clash elemen dilakukan dengan menggunakan software berbasis BIM (Revit dan Navisworks). Hasil analisis clash tersebut disusun kedalam kuesioner untuk disebarkan kepada 23 responden yang terlibat dalam perencanaan tersebut. Kemudian hasil kuesioner diolah dengan Metode Statistika Deskriptif untuk mencari rata-rata waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan konflik (clash) yang terjadi pada perencaaan proyek proyek Laboratorium Tissue Culture Phase 2 tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis clash elemen tersebut bahwa terdapat 21 konflik (clash) yang terjadi dalam perencanaan proyek Laboratorium Tissue Culture Phase 2. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan konflik golongan Structure vs MEHVAC adalah 68.02 jam, golongan MEHVAC adalah 9.29 jam, golongan Architecture vs MEHVAC adalah 5.19 jam, dan golongan Architecture vs Structure adalah 30.62 jam.
