Abstract

The heart rate detector is still unable to be integrated into the patient monitoring center (central monitoring) and also for patient monitor devices that have parameters which one of them detects heartbeat can be integrated into the patient monitoring center but still uses LAN network communication. The design of this tool explains the design of an Arduino-based simple human heart rate monitoring system with bpm reading displayed on the LCD screen of the transmitter module and simultaneously transmits data to the receiver module via the Wireless system. The test results of the design function of the heart bpm detector by adopting a wireless system are: 1) The tool designed to detect heart rate (bpm) with proven results with the Patient Monitor Boztron BT-1800; 2) Tools can send results to modules properly. The level of feasibility of designing a tool made in the form of a heart bpm detector with this wireless system is stated that the results have been well tested referring to the medical instrument testing and calibration manual number 363 / MENKES / PER / IV / 1998 [6], with a percentage error factor of 1.26%. In testing the 15 meter distance it is known that the tool gets an error percentage of 0.95%, and at a distance of 30 meters gets an error percentage of 4.75%. Keywords: Heart rate, Pulse sensor, Arduino uno, wireless RF24L01 Alat pendeteksi detak jantung saat ini masih belum dapat terintegrasi ke pusat pemantauan pasien ( central monitoring ) dan juga adapun alat patient monitor yang memiliki parameter yang salah satunya mendeteksi detak jantung bisa terintegrasi ke pusat pemantauan pasien tapi masih menggunakan komunikasi jaringan LAN. Pada perancangan alat ini menjelaskan tentang desain sistem pemantauan detak jantung manusia sederhana berbasis board arduino dengan pembacaan bpm yang ditampilkan pada layar bagian LCD modul transmitter dan secara bersamaan mentransmisikan data ke bagian modul receiver melalui sistem Wireless. Hasil uji fungsi perancangan alat pendeteksi bpm jantung dengan mengadopsi sistem wireless adalah: 1) Alat yang dirancang dapat mendeteksi detak jantung (bpm) dengan hasil yang sudah teruji dengan alat Patient Monitor Boztron BT- 1800; 2) Alat dapat mengirim hasil ke modul dengan baik. Tingkat kelayakan perancangan alat yang dibuat berupa alat pendeteksi bpm jantung dengan sistem wireless ini dinyatakan bahwa hasil sudah teruji dengan baik merujuk pada buku pedoman pengujian dan kalibrasi alat kesehatan nomor 363/MENKES/PER/IV/1998[6] , dengan presentase faktor kesalahan sebesar 1.26%. Pada pengujian jarak 15 meter diketahui alat mendapatkan persentase kesalahan sebesar 0.95%, dan pada jarak 30 meter mendapatkan persentase kesalahan sebesar 4.75%.
