Abstract

This research is to discover the effect of transformational leadership, compensation, and workload on organizational commitment. The object is the employees of Kalideres Hospital. This research was conducted on 148 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis was used as statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that in (t test) there is a significant effect between transformational leadership variables, compensation, and workload on organizational commitment. It is proven from the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t test) which shows a significant value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Workload, and Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, dan beban kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan RSUD Kalideres. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 148 reponden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, dan beban kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasional
