Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of work environment and work statisfaction towards employees intention to stay. The object of this research is staff Insurance Administrator PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. This research was done to 65 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis with multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that work environment and work satisfaction simultaneously effected the employees intention to stay. While partially only variable of work satisfaction that has positive-significant impact towards employees intention to stay of staff insurance administrator PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. The variable of work environment partially has no effect towards employess intention to stay of staff insurance administrator PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. It has been proven from the result of analysis statistic simultaneously test that shows significant value from both variable that support hypothesis and the result of analysis statistic partially test only shows one variable that has significant value towards hypothesis. Therefore the result of this research shows that work environment and work satisfaction simultaneously effected towards employees intention to stay of staff Insurance Administrator PT. Asuransi Astra Buana, while partially only work satisfaction that has significant effect towards it. Keywords: work environment, work statisfacition, intention to stay, staff insurance administrator. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intention to stay karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah staff Insurance Administrator PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 65 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap intention to stay karyawan, sedangkan secara parsial hanya variabel kepuasan kerja saja yang berpengaruh terhadap intention to stay karyawan pada staff Insurance Administrator PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. Untuk variabel lingkungan kerja ternyata tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to stay karyawan. Hal ini di buktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) hanya menunjukkan satu variabel bebas yang nilainya signifikan mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap intention to stay karyawan staff Insurance Administrator PT. Asuransi Astra Buana, sedangkan secara parsial hanya variabel kepuasan kerja saja yang berpengaruh. Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, intention to stay, staff insurance administrator.
