Abstract

This research aims to obtain emprical evidence about the influence of third party funds, capital adequacy, credit risk on profitability of sharia bank. The population in this study is a mining company listed on the Financial Services Authority. Used purposive sampling method so acquired 8 companies with five years of observation (2012-2016). Data obtained through the official website of the financial services authority www.ojk.go.id is secondary data. Data analysis was performed with the descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption, model feasibility, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously (f test) and partially (t test), third party funds and capital adequacy variables do not affect the profitability of sharia banks. While credit risk adversely affects the profitability of sharia banks. Keywords : third party funds, capital adequacy, credit risk, profitability Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris terkait pengaruh dana pihak ketiga, kecukupan modal, risiko kredit terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Digunakan metode purposive sampling dalam penelitian ini sehingga diperoleh 8 perusahaan dengan lima tahun pengamatan (2012-2016). Data yang diperoleh melalui website resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) www.ojk.go.id merupakan jenis data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa secara simultan (Uji f) dan parsial (Uji t), variabel dana pihak ketiga dan kecukupan modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah. Sementara risiko kredit berpengaruh negativ terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah. Kata Kunci : Dana Pihak Ketiga, Kecukupan Modal, Risiko Kredit, Profitabilitas
