Abstract

In dealing with competitors companies are required to have human resources with a good performance to be able to stay in competition and be able to achieve the company's objectives. This study aim to identify and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation and employee engagement on employee performance either partiality or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer, with respondents 56 employees or the entire population of employees of PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. This study uses research instrument such as questionnaires distributed to employee of PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 23. The result showed that Partial test (test T) job satisfaction variables has influenced positive and significant on employee performance PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. Motivation variables has influenced positive and significant on employee performance PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. Employee engagement variables has influenced positive and significant on employee performance PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. The result showed that simultaneously (test F) job satisfaction, work motivation, and Employee Engagement influence has positive and significant on employee performance. Dalam menghadapi pesaingan yang semakin ketat perusahaan harus memiliki sumber daya manusia dengan kinerja yang baik sehingga dapat bertahan dalam persaingan dan mampu mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer dengan responden 56 Karyawan atau seluruh populasi karyawan PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para karyawan PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. Variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. Variabel employee engagement memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. Hasil penelitian secara simultan (uji F) kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan employee engagement memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Employee Engagement, Kinerja Karyawan.
