Abstract

This research aimed to know the effect of discipline, motivation and compensation on employee performance at PT. Era Asta Marin Nusantara. Object of this research was PT. Era Asta Marin Nusantara’s employees. It was conducted to 76 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Statistical analysis in multiple linear regression tests was employed as data analysis technique. Finding of this research exemplified that discipline, motivation and compensation simultaneously had effect on employee performance at PT. Era Asta Marin Nusantara. They were respectively confirmed by the result of simultaneous test (F test). Discipline, motivation and compensation partially had positive and significant effect on employee performance and those were strengthened by the result of partial test (T test) as well. Hence, the result of this research indicated that discipline, motivation and compensation simulataneously had effect on employee performance PT. Era Asta Marin Nusantara. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Era Asta Marin Nusantara. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Era Asta Marin Nusantara. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 76 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Era Asta Marin Nusantara. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F). Disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji partial (uji T). Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Era Asta Marin Nusantara. Kata Kunci: disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, kompensasi, kinerja karyawan, PT. Era Asta Marin Nusantara.
