Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, work communication and behavior of citizens organization, against employee performance in community health center. Population in this research is paramedic employee which amounted to 44 responden by using technique of saturated sample. Data analysis method of this research is a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on variants or Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study analyze that the work ethic does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work communications have a positive and significant impact on employee performance and behavior of citizens organization has a positive and significant impact on employee performance Keywords: Work Ethic, Working Communication, Organizational Behavior and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja, komunikasi kerja dan perilaku warga organisasi,Terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan paramedis yang berjumlah sebanyak 44 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah Struktural Equation Model (SEM) yang berbasis varian atau Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menganalisis bahwa etos kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Perilaku warga organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci: Etos Kerja, Komunikasi Kerja, Perilaku Warga Organisasi dan Kinerja karyawan.
