Abstract

This research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is the employees who work in PT BNI Kantor Cabang Utama keramat Raya, also some branch offices under them Branch Officers, Cash Office, consisting of Head of Cash Office, Custemer services, teller, with population 125 people. Sampling technique using Non sampling with the number of samples counted 95 people. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The result of this research shows that working Stress give negative and significant influence to employee performance of PT BNI Main Branch Office Kramat Central Jakarta. This means that if work stress is high it will decrease performance, otherwise if low work stress will improve performance. The work environment has a positive effect on the performance of PT BNI employees e a poor work environment will degrade employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant impaof the Main Branch Office of Kramat Central Jakarta. This means that a good working environment will improve employee performance, otherwisct on employee performance of PT BNI Main Branch Office Kramat Central Jakarta. This means that if Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is high it will improve employee performance, otherwise if Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is low it will degrade performance. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t test) which shows the significance value of the free variable. Keywords: Working Stress, Work Environment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Streskerja, Lingkungan Kerjadan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT BNI Kantor Cabang Utama keramat Raya, Juga beberapa kantor cabang di bawahnya di antaranya Kantor Cabang pembantu, Kantor Kas, yang terdiri dari Custemer services, teller, dengan populasi 125 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart - PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Stres kerja memberikan pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BNI Kantor Cabang Utama Kramat Jakarta Pusat. Hal ini berarti apabila stres kerja tinggi makaakan menurunkan kinerja, sebaliknya apabila jika stres kerja rendah akan meningkatkan kinerja.Lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BNI Kantor CabangUtamaKramat Jakarta Pusat. Hal ini berarti lingkungan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sebaliknyalingkungan kerja yang buruk akan menurunkan kinerja karyawan.Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BNI Kantor CabangUtamaKramat Jakarta Pusat. Hal ini berarti apa bila Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) tinggi maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sebaliknya jika Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) rendah maka akan menurunkan kinerja.Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t) yang menunjukan nilai signifikasi dari variable bebas. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kinerja Karyawan.
