Abstract

This study was aimed at obtaining a explanation that has been put to the test about the extent of effect to investment opportunity set (IOS), the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the return on equity (ROE) to firm value. The object this study is companies listed in Indeks LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the periode 2014-2016. Based on predefined criteria obtained a sample of 81 companies. Sampling is done by using purposiv sampling method. The data used secondary data drawn by the method of documententation by accesing the site idx.co.id, financial.yahoo and the other officially website. Analysis tools in this study is used multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic 21 software. The result showed that (1) investment opportunity set has positif and significant effect to the firm value. (2) disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has positif and significant effect to the firm value. (3) profitability has no effect to the firm value. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh investment opportunity set (IOS), pengungkapan corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan di Indeks LQ 45 tahun 2014-2016 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh sampel sejumlah 81 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Jenis data adalah data sekunder yang diembil dengan metode dokumentasi dengan mengakses situs idx.co.id, finance.yahoo, dan situs resmi lainnya. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda pada perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) investment opportunity set berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) pengungkapan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
