Abstract

Intersection of PLP Curug Road – Cukanggalih Raya Road. Many activists in the PLP Curug Road – Cukanggalih Raya Road intersection, and there are no traffic lights. This causes traffic congestion which results in increased conflicts that arise and can cause a decrease in the speed of traffic flow and the level of security and comfort for road user. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of unsignalized intersections on PLP Curug Road and Cukang Galih Raya Road. This research was conducted based on data collection obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from survey results of traffic volume, road geometric and so on during peak hours on weekdays. While secondary data is obtained from the map of the intersection location. After collecting the data, then the results of data processing are assisted by using calculations based on MKJI 1997. From the results of the analysis and processing of the intersection data, there were opportunities for queuing with LOS D in the morning and evening periods, while the afternoon period was obtained by LOS C. Then after calculating the analysis on alternative 1, the probability of queuing with LOS C was obtained during the afternoon and evening periods, while the morning period was obtained by LOS D. Then recalculated with alternative analysis data 2 obtained the chance of queuing with LOS C in 3 periods. Alternative result 2 is that of the total of all vehicles, motorbikes have a percentage of 59.53% of the total vehicles available, then performance optimization is carried out by transferring traffic during rush hour in the morning at 06.00 - 09.00, noon at 11.00-13.00, and afternoon 16.00-19.00. While on the performance of the plp curug road and the main cukang galih raya road there is no problem, as evidenced by the calculation of the middle coral road section, the LOS B value was obtained in 3 periods. Then the southern highway cukang galih raya obtained the LOS B value in the morning and afternoon, while the afternoon period obtained LOS C. while the afternoon period was obtained by LOS C. Then the LOS C value for the northern cukang galih raya was obtained for 3 periods. Zaenal Arifin., MT Tahun 2019. Persimpangan jalan raya plp curug - jalan raya gukang galih. Banyak aktifiktas di ruas simpang jalan raya plp curug - jalan raya cukang galih, dan tidak terdapat lampu lalu lintas. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya kemacetan lalu lintas yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya konflik yang timbul dan dapat menyebabkan turunnya kecepatan arus lalu lintas serta tingkat keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi pengguna jalan. Untuk itu diperlukan pengevaluasian terhadap kinerja simpang tak bersinyal pada jalan raya plp curug - jalan raya cukang galih. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari data primer maupun data sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dari hasil survey volume lalu lintas, geometrik jalan dan sebagainya pada jam sibuk di hari kerja. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari peta lokasi simpang tersebut. Setelah pengumpulan data tersebut, lalu hasil pengolahan data dibantu dengan menggunakan perhitungan berdasarkan MKJI 1997. Dari hasil analisis dan pengolahan data simpang didapatkan peluang antrian dengan LOS D pada periode pagi dan sore, sedangkan periode sore didapatkan LOS C. Kemudian setelah di hitung analisis pada alternatif 1 didapatkan nilai peluang antrian dengan LOS C pada periode siang dan sore, sedangkan periode pagi didapatkan LOS D. Kemudian dihitung kembali dengan data analisis alternatif 2 didapatkan peluang antrian dengan LOS C pada 3 periode. Hasil alternatif 2 yaitu dari total semua kendaraan, sepeda motor memiliki prosentase sebesar 59,53% dari total kendaraan yang ada, maka optimasi kinerja dilakukan dengan pengalihan lalulintas di saat jam sibuk pada pagi pukul 06.00 - 09.00, siang pukul 12.00-13.00, dan sore pukul 16.00-19.00. Sedangkan pada kinerja ruas jalan raya plp curug - jalan raya cukang galih tidak ada masalah, terbukti perhitungan ruas jalan raya plp curug didapatkan nilai LOS B pada 3 periode. Kemudian ruas jalan cukang galih raya arah selatan didapatkan nilai LOS B pada pagi dan siang, sedangkan periode sore didapatkan LOS C. Kemudian ruas jalan cukang galih raya arah utara didapatkan nilai LOS C pada 3 periode. Kata Kunci : Simpang Tak Bersinyal, Derajat Kejenuhan, LOS, Kapasitas Simpang, dan Peluang Antrian
