Abstract
Ruko Kawasaki Hospital. Fatmawati Raya No. 108 a, South Gandaria, Cilandak South Jakarta. Rawo kawasaki a shop that sells two-wheeled motorcycle. In the shop there are types of twowheeled vehicles of various types. And also in the shop there is a service place all Kawasaki branded vehicles. From the physical side of the kawasaki shophouses are on the street RS. Fatmawati Raya No. 108 a and side of shophouses there is a road that is gang of mangoes in terms of existing buildings shop entrance sub zone mix. Overview of building kawasaki shophouses to the surrounding buildings is the noise produced by vehicles. In the ruko there is a service for kawasaki vehicle because kawasaki vehicle average large-powered or higher cc therefore mengghasilkan very fast voice (noise), which affects the area around the shop which the average area around the shop is offices. This study aims to determine the perception of the surrounding community about the convenience of the location of the ruko house and know how much the influence of noise on the activities of the community around the shop. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method so the data can be obtained from the observation and spread of the questionnaire. The result of the research is the average that the shop building affects the convenience of the surrounding buildings. Keyword: Shophouse, Noise, Perception of the community Ruko Kawasaki dijalan RS. Fatmawati Raya No. 108 a, Gandaria Selatan, Cilandak Jakarta Selatan. Ruko kawasaki sebuah ruko yang menjual kendaraan sepeda motor roda dua. Didalam ruko tersebut terdapat jenis jenis kendaraan roda dua berbagai tipe. Dan juga didalam ruko tersebut terdapat tempat service semua kendaraan bermerek Kawasaki.Ditinjau dari segi fisik ruko kawasaki berada dijalan RS. Fatmawati Raya No. 108 a dan samping ruko terdapat jalan yaitu gang mangga dari segi eksisting bangunan ruko masuk sub zona campuran. Tinjauan bangunan ruko kawasaki terhadap bangunan disekitar adalah suara bising yang dihasilkan kendaraan. Didalam ruko terdapat tempat service untuk kendaraan kawasaki karena kendaraan kawasaki rata rata bertenaga besar atau cc lebih tinggi oleh karena itu mengghasilkan suara yang sangat kencang (kebisingan), yang mempengaruhi area sekitar ruko yang rata rata area sekitar ruko adalah perkantoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi warga sekitar terhadap kenyamanan letak banguanan ruko dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kebisingan terhadap aktivitas masyarakat disekitar ruko. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif jadi data dapat diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian adalah rata rata bahwa bangunan ruko mempengaruhi kenyamanan bangunan disekitar. Kata Kunci : Ruko,Bising,Persepsi masyarakat
