Abstract

Official trip is one of the most important activities in a company that aims to carry out certain tasks outside the workplace of employees. In undergoing of business processes, supervisors who provide recommendations, administrative departments and employees who trip on duty often face problems in terms of official trip management such as filing and licensing processes, ticket approval and official trip accommodation costs. By using the waterfall method, an Android-based e-SPJ application was built, this application aims to manage information about sending official trip orders to the accountability of official trip services. Therefore, the existence of this application is expected to help the parties involved in official travel transactions. Keywords: Form SPPD, surat perjalanan dinas, android Perjalanan dinas merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang sangat penting pada suatu Perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk melaksanakan tugas tertentu diluar tempat kedudukan pegawai. Dalam menjalani proses bisnisnya, atasan yang memberikan rekomendasi, bagian administrasi maupun pegawai yang melakukan perjalanan dinas seringkali menghadapi masalah dalam hal pengelolaan perjalanan dinas seperti proses pengajuan dan pemberian ijin, persetujuan tiket serta biaya akomodasi perjalanan dinas. Dengan menggunakan metode waterfall maka dibangunlah sebuah aplikasi e-SPJ Berbasis Android, aplikasi ini bertujuan mengelola informasi pengajuan surat perintah perjalanan dinas hingga pertanggungjawaban perjalanan dinas pegawai. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak – pihak yang terlibat dalam proses traksaksi perjalanan dinas pegawai.
