Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Accounts Receivable Turnover, Working Capital Turnover and Modala Structure on Profitability. The dependent variable is Profitability, while the Independent Variable Accounts Receivable, Working Capital Turnover and Capital Structure,. The population of this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria, the researcher uses the design of causal relationships. The results of this study note that the variable Accounts Receivable Turnover and Working Capital Turnover have no effect on Profitability. While the Capital Structure variable has a significant effect on profitability. Keyword: accounts receivable Turnover, accounting for working capital, capital structure, profitability Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Struktur Modal terhadap Profitabilitas. Variabel dependen adalah Profitabilitas, sedangkan variabel Independen Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Struktur Modal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2014-2017. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, Peneliti menggunakan desain hubungan sebab akibat. Hasil penelitian ini mencatat bahwa variabel Perputaran Piutang dan Perputaran Modal Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas. Sedangkan variabel Struktur Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Kata kunci : Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Modal Kerja, Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas
