Abstract
Population development in Indonesia is considered very rapid. For that we need to meet the rate of population growth that continues to grow from year to year. It is this population growth that will demand development in the city of Dki Jakarta to meet the needs of its occupant boards. Continuous population growth coupled with migrants who want to change their destiny in big cities has resulted in increasingly limited vacant land to become a place to live. One solution to the description above is to build an apartment as a residence. So we chose to do practical work on the construction of the Centro City Tower Westpoint Apartment. Centro City Tower Westpoint Apartments Located in Daan Mogot West Jakarta was established with the Bottom-up method considering that Westpoint Tower is quite far from important and high-rise buildings so that the use of the Bottom-up (Conventional) method is the right choice compared to Top-down method. The system for implementing the Bottom-up method is simpler than the Top-down method. The difference is in the preparation and method of structural work that does not require high technology. Perkembangan penduduk di Indonesia dinilai sangat pesat. Untuk itu kita perlu memenuhi laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang terus bertambah dari tahun ketahun. Pertumbuhan penduduk inilah yang akan menuntut pembangunan di kota Dki Jakarta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan papan penghuninya. Pertumbuhan penduduk yang terus menerus ditambah lagi dengan pendatang yang ingin merubah nasibnya di kota besar mengakibatkan lahan kosong semakin terbatas untuk dijadikan sebuah tempat tinggal. Salah satu solusi dari uraian diatas adalah dengan membangun Apartemen sebagai tempat hunian. Maka kami memilih untuk melakukan kerja praktek pada pembangunan Apartement Centro City Tower Westpoint. Apartemen Centro City Tower Westpoint Yang Berada di Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat didirikan dengan metode Bottom-up mengingat bahwa Tower Westpoint ini berada cukup jauh dari gedung-gedung yang penting dan bertingkat tinggi sehingga penggunaan metode Bottom-up.
