Abstract

The growth in the number of urbanization has resulted in buildings becoming more crowded in the city, resulting in greater energy consumption. The purpose of this study was to determine the design of building facades from the calculation of OTTV values based on SNI and to determine the factors that influence the magnitude of OTTV values on the envelope of the New Media Tower building. The New Media Tower building has been optimized for energy savings in its building by applying a secondary facade to the building envelope. With the management of OTTV value calculation data using the SNI formula from the factors that influence the OTTV value, and with automatic calculations using the format of the TABG service, found significant factors that have a large influence on OTTV value. The calculation is done in three ways, namely calculating the inside facade, the outer facade and then the combination of the outer and inner facades. Of the 3 methods of calculation, the external facade does not significantly affect the magnitude of the OTTV value that occurs in the building. Pertumbuhan jumlah angka urbanisasi mengakibatkan bangunan semakin memadati kota, berdampak pada konsumsi energi yang semakin besar. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui desain fasad bangunan dari perhitungan nilai OTTV berdasarkan SNI dan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi besaran nilai OTTV pada selubung bangunan New Media Tower. Bangunan New Media Tower sudah optimal dalam penghematan energi didalam bangunannya dengan menerapkan secondary fasad pada selubung bangunannya. Dengan pengelolaan data perhitungan nilai OTTV menggunakan rumus SNI dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besaran nilai OTTV, dan dengan perhitungan otomatis menggunakan format dari dinas TABG, ditemukan faktor-faktor yang signifikanyang berpengaruh besar terhadap nilai OTTV. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu menghitung fasad dalam, fasad luar dan kemudian kombinasi dari fasad luar dan dalam. Dari 3 cara perhitungan, maka fasad luar tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap besaran nilai OTTV yang terjadi pada dalam bangunan.
