Abstract

Increasing the need for cheap and easy communication technology, forcing cellular telephone service providers to improve cellular telephone network signals. As a consequence of this development, it must be accompanied by an increase in the number of tower constructions in residential and urban areas. With the increase in the number of towers in settlements and urban areas, it will adversely affect the beauty of the city and disrupt signals from radio and television. And with the issuance of the ministerial regulation regarding the policy of joint tower planning, it is hoped that there is a solution for tower mode selection structurally and economically. This study was carried out by analyzing the performance of the existing four leg tower that has existing working load and additional load. For structural analysis, Ms.'s help program is used. Tower and for compressive and tensile control on structural elements using LRFD assisted with design facilities in Ms.'s program. Tower. The load that works on this structure consists of dead load in the form of the tower weight itself, antenna weight and device weight. Wind load is calculated based on TIA / EIA-222-G Standard: Structural Standard for Steel Antenna Towers and Antenna Supporting Structure. The ultimate goal of this study is, there is clarity in the selection of structural towers / towers in the selection of joint tower construction. And knowing how heavy the ability of the existing tower to bear the load and how the form of reinforcement if the tower is unable to withstand additional loads. Keywords: Tower, SST, Four Legs, TIA/EIA-222-G Standard, Ms. Tower Meningkatnya kebutuhan terhadap teknologi komunikasi yang murah dan mudah, memaksa penyedia layanan telepon seluler untuk memperbaiki sinyal jaringan telepon seluler. Sebagai konsekuensi dari perkembangan ini, maka harus diiringi dengan bertambahnya jumlah konstruksi menara di daerah pemukiman dan perkotaan. Dengan bertambahnya jumlah menara di pemukiman dan perkotaan berakibat buruk terhadap keindahan kota dan mengganggu sinyal dari radio dan televisi. Dan dengan keluarnya peraturan menteri mengenai kebijaksanaan perencanaan menara bersama, diharapkan adanya solusi untuk pemilihan mode menara secara struktural dan ekonomis. Studi ini dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa performa dari tower existing 4 kaki yang memiliki memiliki beban existing yang bekerja dan beban tambahan. Untuk analisis struktur digunakan program bantu Ms. Tower dan untuk kontrol tekan dan tarik pada elemen struktur menggunakan LRFD dibantu dengan fasilitas design pada program Ms. Tower. Beban yang bekerja pada struktur ini terdiri dari beban mati yang berupa berat menara sendiri, berat antena dan berat perangkat. Beban angin dihitung berdasarkan TIA/EIA-222-G Standard : Structural Standard forSteel Antenna Towers and Antenna Supporting Structure. Tujuan akhir dari studi ini adalah, adanya kejelasan dalam pemilihan konstruksi menara/tower secara struktural dalam pemilihan konstruksi menara bersama. Dan mengetahui seberapa berat kemampuan tower existing memikul beban dan bagaimana bentuk perkuatan jika tower tidak mampu menahan beban tambahan.
