Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Assets (ROA) on Stock Prices in the Automotive Sub-Sector company on the IDX for the period 2011-2015. The population in this study were automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2011- 2015 as many as 7 companies so that the total observations were 35. The panel data regression analysis model and the selected model were Fixed Effect. The results on the analysis show that simultaneously the variables CR, PER and ROA affect the stock price and partially CR will affect the value of stock price because investors will choose a high CR that shows the company increases the ability to pay short-term debt and while the PER and ROA variables have a positive effect, if the PER is high, it will affect the stock price. Investors will be interested in low PER, the cheaper the stock is in line with the company’s income. High ROA, the company is good at managing the productivity of its assets so that it can obtain high profits and can attract investors to increase capital so that it can increase the demand for shares in the company. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Carrent Ratio (CR), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Assets (ROA) terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Otomotif di BEI periode tahun 2011-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2011-2015 sebanyak 7 perusahaan sehingga total observasi sebanyak 35. Model analisis regresi data panel dan model yang terpilih adalah Fixed Effect. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel CR, PER dan ROA berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan secara parsial variabel CR berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham, perusahaan dengan CR rendah akan mempengaruhi nilai harga saham karena investor akan memilih CR yang tinggi yang menunjukkan perusahaan bertambah kemampuan untuk membayar hutang jangka pendek dan sedangkan variabel PER dan ROA berpengaruh positif, jika PER tinggi maka akan mempengaruhi harga saham. Para investor akan meminati PER rendah maka semakin murah suatau saham tersebut sehubung dengan pendapatan perusahaan. ROA yang tinggi maka perusahaan tersebut baik mengelola produktivitas assetnya sehingga mampu memperoleh laba yang tinggi dan dapat menarik investor untuk menambah modal sehingga dapat meningkatkan permintaan saham terhadap perusahaan.
