Abstract

This aims of this study are to analyze the influence of Capital Structure, and Earnings Growth of Earnings Quality at Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014– 2016. The sample for this study there are sixty two companies with period 2014-2016 and associated with the three variables : two independent variables: Capital Structure, and Earnings Growth and one dependent variable: Earnings Quality. The analyts method that used with multipleregresion linier test and hypothesis test uses t-statistic. The result showed that Capital Structure proxied by leverage partially no effect on The Earnings Quality, while the Earnings Growth partially effect on The Earning Quality. Keywords: Capital Structure, Leverage, Earnings Growth, and The Earnings Quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Pertumbuhan Laba Terhadap Kualitas Laba pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2014-2016. Sampel yang diperoleh untuk penelitian ini ada 62 perusahaan dengan kurun waktu 2014-2016 dan dihubungkan dengan 3 variabel, yaitu: 2 variabel independen : Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Laba dan 1 variabel dependen : Kualitas Laba. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedasitas, uji determinasi, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal yang diproksikan oleh leverage secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laba, sedangkan Pertumbuhan Laba secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laba. Kata Kunci : Struktur Modal, Leverage, Pertumbuhan Laba dan Kualitas Laba.
