Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of free cash flow and dividend payout ratio to firm value. sample in this research consists of 18 companies selected from 40 property and real estate sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. Data obtained by using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is moderation regression analysis The results showed that free cash flow (FCF) has a positive significant effect on firm value, dividend payout ratio (DPR) has a positive significant effect on firm value. Keywords: free cash flow (FCF), dividend payout ratio (DPR), firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti secara empiris mengenai pengaruh free cash flow dan dividend payout ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 18 perusahaan yang dipilih dari 40 perusahaan manufaktur sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Data diperoleh menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa free cash flow (FCF) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dividend payout ratio (DPR) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
