Abstract

KAP Johannes Juara & Rekan is one of the companies engaged in services that was established since 2006 and already has a permission from the minister of finance that is governed by the code of ethics profession. KAP Johannes Juara & Rekan experienced an increase in turnover intention from 2015 until 2017. The high turnover intention rate has negative impact as well as the increase of human resources cost in the form of recruitment fee and training to new employees. Therefore, KAP Johannes Juara & Rekan seeks to reduce the level of turnover intention by improving the operating system at the company. This research is conducted especially for division of auditor which aims to know influence of job satisfaction and work stress toward employee intention turnover at KAP Johannes Juara & Rekan. The method of determining the number of samples was calculated using the slovin formula of 33 people. Data collection technique was done by observation, interview and questionnaire, then the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothetical test using statistical test by using statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) V.16 software. The results showed that the percentage of the influence of the independent variables, job satisfaction and work stress were able to explain 82.1% variation of turnover intention variables. While the rest of 17.9% influenced by other factors not found in this study. For that, the company is expected to pay attention to employee job satisfaction and pay attention to work time employees so that employees do not experience stress work. Thus, it can reduce the turnover rate of employee intention. Keyword : Job satisfaction, Work stress, and Turnover Intention KAP Johannes Juara & Rekan adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa yang berdiri sejak tahun 2006 dan sudah memiliki sebuah izin dari menteri keuangan yang di atur oleh kode etik profesi. KAP Johannes Juara & Rekan mengalami peningkatan turnover intention dari tahun 2015 sampai pada tahun 2017. Tingginya tingkat turnover intention menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti halnya peningkatan biaya sumber daya manusia yang berupa biaya rekruitmen dan pelatihan terhadap karyawan baru. Oleh karena itu, KAP Johannes Juara & Rekan berupaya untuk mengurangi tingkat turnover intention tersebut dengan cara memperbaiki sistem operasional pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan khususnya untuk divisi auditor yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan di KAP Johannes Juara & Rekan. Metode penentuan jumlah sampel dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin yang berjumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner, kemudian data di analisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian hipotesinya menggunakan uji statistik dengan menggunakan software statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) V.16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase besarnya pengaruh variabel independen yaitu kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja mampu menjelaskan sebesar 82,1 % variasi variabel turnover intention. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini. Untuk itu, perusahaan diharapkan dapat memperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan memperhatikan waktu kerja karyawan agar para karyawan tidak mengalami stress kerja. Sehingga, dapat mengurangi tingkat turnover intention karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Turnover Intention
