Abstract

This study aims to find out empirically about the relation work stress with organizational commitment of employees in PT. ISS Indonesia engaged in the service business. This research was done to 129 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data conducted through questionnaire dissemination to 129 of respondents. The approach in this research is quantitative, with sampling technique in this research is nonprobability sampling. The data analysis that used in this research is statistical analysis in a form of linear regression. The result of this research shows that work stres variable positively and significantly effect Organsiational Commitment in the employe PT. ISS Indonesia. Keywords: Work Stress, Organsiational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik tentang hubungan stres kerja dengan komitmen organisasional karyawan di PT. ISS Indonesia yang bergerak dalam bidang bisnis jasa pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 129 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 129 orang karyawan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. ISS Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi
