Abstract

Along with the development of the times, the demand for changes in information systems and online communication is currently speeding very fast and skyrocketing. This is realized as a manifestation of movement towards the delivery of information in actual and fast. Online media is a media that is connected via the internet, so that eventually emerged the new division is said to be Cyber PR. In short is a PR initiative or Public Relations that use the Internet media as a means of publication. The purpose of this Cyber PR is to know the Website Management by Public Relations PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk As Media Publicity Company. This research is conducted to know the role that is run by PR in PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk to find out what content is published in media website www.asuransijastan.co.id and what stages public relations run. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The research method used is constructivism by conducting in-depth interviews to the speakers. The results of this study discusses the role that public relations in the management of diwebsite content such as informing what products are published and see what the public relations do in publishing content into the media website. Thus, the researcher was able to get the description of the website management by public relations PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk As Company Publicity Media. This study concludes that the role of public relations in PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk want to know the management of content in Jastan Insurance into the media website as a medium of publicity. And see how far the public see the insurance website in Jakarta. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, tuntutan terhadap perubahan sistem informasi dan komunikasi online saat ini melaju dengan sangat cepat dan meroket. Hal ini disadari sebagai perwujudan pergerakan terhadap penyampaian informasi secara aktual dan cepat. Media online merupakan media yang terhubung melalui internet, sehingga pada akhirnya muncul divisi baru yang dikatakan sebagai Cyber PR. Singkatnya adalah inisiatif PR atau Public Relations yang menggunakan media internet sebagai sarana publikasinya. Tujuan dari Cyber PR ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan Website Oleh Public Relations PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk Sebagai Media Publisitas Perusahaan. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini untuk mengetahui peran yang dijalankan oleh PR di PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk untuk mengetahui konten apa saja yang dipublikasikan di media website www.asuransijastan.co.id dan tahapan apa saja yang public relations jalankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah konstruktivisme dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran yang dilakukan public relations dalam pengelolaan konten diwebsite seperti menginformasikan produk apa saja yang dipublikasikan dan melihat apa saja yang public relations lakukan dalam mempublikasikan konten kedalam media website. Dengan demikian, peneliti mampu memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengelolaan website oleh public relations PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk Sebagai Media Publisitas Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran public relations di PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk ini ingin mengetahui pengelolaan konten-konten yang ada di Asuransi Jastan kedalam media website sebagai media publisitas.
