Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influences of Perception of the organizational support and work stress on the performance of employees. The object of this research is PT Mulia Cipta Mediatama. Population in this research 75 respondents with using a technique sample saturated. The method of analysis this data use statistical product and service solution ( spss ) 20.0. The result of this research is quantitative by linear using technique analysis linear multiple. After conducted testing third veriable the obtained value the reseach of the T testing (Parsial) variable Perception of the organizational support having significant 0,000 < 0,05 and variable work stress 0,000 < 0,05 it can be concluded that variable Perception of the organizational support and work stress influencetial on the variable of employee performance. Keywords: Perception of the organizational support, work stress, employee’s performance Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Mulya Cipta Mediatama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 75 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sample jenuh. Metode analisis data ini menggunakan statistical product and service solution (SPSS) 20.0. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Setelah dilakukan pengujian terdahap ketiga variabel maka diperoleh nilai hasil dari Uji t (Parsial) variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel stres kerja 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi; Stres kerja; Kinerja Karyawan
