Abstract
This research was aimed to identify the correlation beetwen perception of implementation accreditation and student satisfaction. The subject of the research were Psychology Faculty students of Mercu Buana Jakarta University. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling with n = 100. The scale which measure perception of implementation accreditation variable consisted of 29 items and it was adapted from Putri, Amrina, and Helmi (2015) and the scale of student satisfaction variable consisted of 60 items and it was adapted from Wiers-Jenssen, Stensaker, & GrOgard (2002). Data was analyzed by Spearman Correlation in SPSS 25.00 for windows. Reliability coefficient of Perception Of Implementation Accreditation Scale is 0,937 while Student Satisfaction Scale is 0,978. The result of the research discovere coefficient correlation value (r) = 0,632 with significance level (p) = 0,000 this indicated that there was a significant correlation between perception of implementation accreditation and student satisfaction. Keyword : Perception, Accreditaion, Student Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi penerapan akreditasi dengan kepuasan mahasiswa. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2017/2018 Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Mercu Buana program kelas regular 1 dan 2. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan n=100. Alat ukur variabel persepsi penerapan akreditasi terdiri dari 29 butir yang diadaptasi milik Putri, Amrina, dan Helmi (2015) dan alat ukur kepuasan mahasiswa terdiri dari 60 butir yang diadaptasi milik Wiers-Jenssen, Stensaker, & GrOgard (2002). Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25.0 for windows. Adapun reliabilitas pada skala persepsi penerapan akreditasi adalah 0,937 sedangkan pada skala kepuasan mahasiswa adalah 0,978. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,632 dengan taraf signifikansi (p) = 0,000 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi yang signifikan antara persepsi penerapan akreditasi dengan kepuasan mahasiswa program studi Psikologi Universitas Mercu Buana.
