Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is the employee of PT. Buana Sukses Bersama. This research was done to 40 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, data analysis which used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis which has been processed on SPSS 24.The result of this research shows that partially and simultaneously, the variables of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction. Then, Adjusted R-Square result shows 0,857, which means employee job satisfaction 85,7% affected by leadership style and work environment, meanwhile 0,143 or 14,3% explained by another variable, out of research.Therefore the result of this research states that there is an influence between the variables of leadership style, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. Keyword: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Employee Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Buana Sukses Bersama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda yang diproses di program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kemudian didapat nilai Adjusted R-Square-nya sebesar 0,857 yang artinya kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 85,7% dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja, sedangkan 0,143 atau sebesar 14,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
