Abstract

This study aims to determine "The influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction.The sampling technique uses primary data and analytical techniques using multiple linear regression data analysis. The result of partial test (t test) showed that Motivation and Work Environment have positive and significant effect to Job Satisfaction And the result of simultaneous test test (Test F) showed that independent variable of Motivation and Work Environment together influence to job satisfaction Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction , Work Environment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan data primer dan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis data regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari uji test parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan hasil uji test simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen Motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja
