Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Total Assets, Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Size to firmValue On Sub Sector Coal listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. In this study firm Value is proxied with Price Book Value. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Sample Criteria are (1) Coal mining sub sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2016, (2) Coal mining sub sector company which has published its financial report from 2012-2016, (3) Coal mining sub sector company which generates profit from 2012-2016. Data obtained from publication on BEI website, www.idx.co.id. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis with the help of application eviews 9. Based on the results of the analysis shows, the variable Debt to Total Asset have a significant effect to firm value. Return On Equity has no significant effect on firm value. Return On Asset has no significant effect on firm value. The size have a significant effect to firm value. Keywords : Debt to Total Asset (Debt Ratio), ROA, ROE, Size and Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Debt to Total Asset, Return On Asset, Return On Equity dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Sub Sektor Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2016. Dalam penelitian ini Nilai Perusahaan yang di proksikan dengan Price Book Value. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Kriteria Sampel adalah (1) Perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2012-2016, (2) Perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan Batubara yang telah mempublikasikan laporan keuangannya dari tahun 2012-2016, (3) Perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan Batubara yang menghasilkan laba dari tahun 2012-2016. Data diperoleh dari publikasi di website BEI, www.idx.co.id Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi eviews 9. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan, variabel Debt to Total Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Return On Equity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Return On Asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Debt to Total Asset (Debt Ratio), ROA, ROE, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Nilai Perusahaan.
