Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational political perception, distibutive justice and turnover intention on organizational commitment in the PT. Jaring Synergi Mandiri call center section , West Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and carried out on 40 permanent employees ranging from manager positions to office staff level with saturated sampling methods.Data analysis in this study uses the help of Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) program Version 3.0.The results of the study show that organizational political perception has no effect on distributive justice. Organizational political perception does not affect turnover intention. Organizational political perception has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Distributive justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Distributive justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: organizational political perception, distributive justice, turnover intention, organizational commitment Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi politik organisasi, keadilan distibutif dan turnover intention terhadap komitmen organisasi pada bagian call center PT. Jaring Synergi Mandiri,Jakarta Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 40 karyawan tetap mulai dari posisi manager sampai ke level staff kantor dengan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (PLS) Versi 3.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi politik organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keadilan distributif. Persepsi politik organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Persepsi politik organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Keadilan distributif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kata kunci : persepsi politik organisasi, keadilan distributif, turnover intention, komitmen organisasi
