Abstract
The rapid development of the business world has resulted in a large number of new business unit that pioneered community either small, medium-scale and large-scale. Along with that, the need for human resources is also required for success and to achieve the objectives of the organization. Human resources in question are the principals of the company. This research aims to know the relationship of work life balance on performance of employees who do not have day libu. The research approach is used that is quantitative research. The data collected as many as 60 respondents with engineering Accident Sampling. In this research analysis tools used was SPSS (Statistics Program for Scale Science) 23 for windows. Research results show that work life balance gives the relationship of 0.771 or 77.1% on performance of employees. Therefore, based on the findings, researchers can infer that there is a relationship between work life balance on performance of employees who do not have a day off. Keywords: Work life balance, employee performance. Perkembangan dunia bisnis yang pesat telah berdampak pada semakin banyaknya unit usaha baru yang dirintis masyarakat baik yang berskala kecil, menengah maupun yang berskala besar. Seiring dengan itu, kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia juga diperlukan untuk keberhasilan dan untuk tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Sumber daya manusia yang dimaksud adalah para pelaku perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan work life balance terhadapkinerja karyawan yang tidak memiliki hari libu. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 60 responden dengan teknik Accident Sampling. Pada penelitian ini alat bantu analisis yang digunakan ialah SPSS (Statistics Program for Scale Science) 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work life balance memberikan hubungan sebesar 0,771 atau 77,1% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan metode korelasi didapat nilai korelasi sebesar 0,878 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara work life balance dengan kinerja pada karyawan PT X. Karena itu, berdasarkan temuan yang peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan yang tidak memiliki hari libur.
