Abstract

This research is to know the effect of leverage, managerial ownership and corporate growth to Financial distress condition period 2012 until 2016. This research was conducted on 7 companies using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously variable leverage, managerial ownership and corporate growth to the condition of financial distress. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous test (f test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of two free variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test result of this research stated that there is influence simultaneously between variable leverage, managerial ownership to financial distress condition while company growth variable does not have significant effect which states that there is no simultaneous pengarauh to financial distress. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, kepemilikan manajerial dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap kondisi financial distress periode 2012 sampai 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 7 perusahaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel leverage, kepemilikan manajerial dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap kondisi financial distress. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji f) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel leverage, kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kondisi financial distress sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan yang menyatakan bahwa ini tidak terdapat pengarauh secara simultan terhadap financial distress. Kata kunci: Laverage, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, dan Financial Distress.
